Christopher G. Olson, a native of Pickens County, earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University, and his law degree from Vanderbilt University. He was admitted to practice in 1972. He has served as Clemson Municipal Judge, Clemson City Attorney and Pickens County Solicitor. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates (an association with membership open by invitation only), the SC Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
