Our firm has experienced former assistant solicitors who have prosecuted thousands of criminal cases.  They understand the criminal system and the law.  Nick Lavery and Dan Farnsworth both have been former assistant solicitors prior to working as criminal defense attorneys.

Chris Olson, in our Clemson Office, was a former solicitor, and has been a criminal defense attorney for more than 25 years.  Mr. Olson has been involved in many complex and high profile criminal cases, including capital murder cases.  He has represented high-profile athletes, students, and residents in the Clemson area.
